Job Summary
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
📍You will run an integrated offense together with Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, Operations and Digital Product – coming together to drive a shared digital agenda, aligned business outcomes and an elevated ability to read and react to our business. 📍Your responsibilities will include supporting the Nike App Business manager in preparing for and executing Nike App daily and seasonal plans, with the main objective of growing the App business and active members; curating, site merchandising and monitoring the sales performance of Nike App assortment and collections to tie in with special occasions and consumer moments; executing seasonal App business strategies and initiatives in conjunction with the SEA&I Digital leadership and various functions’ leads as well as ideating and executing special App membership benefits for our members with the intention to drive differentiation on the Nike App.
WHAT YOU BRING
📍Being a part of the Digital Business team is about more than just selling product online. It’s about building unbreakable relationships with our members. You will bring a consumer centric approach on how you problem-solve and help develop strategies to grow the Nike App business. 📍Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent 📍2-4 years of directly relevant experience in any of following functions: digital commerce, merchandising, brand marketing, strategy and digital products & experiences 📍A deep attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and precision. 📍Experience driving and executing end-to-end business strategy for a digital business, App-based commerce preferred. 📍Demonstrated ability to make business decisions based on data, synthesize and take action against business results, trends, and opportunities. 📍Ability to work as a strong team player with a diverse group of stakeholders across functions. 📍Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines.
